BILLIONAIRE MAGAZINE Terms and Conditions
ADVERTISER agrees and understands that any Advertiser artwork delivery timelines provided by the Magazine is essential and dependent on the ADVERTISER supplying all content such as items as PDF docs, photos, videos and articles & interviews associated with your featured pages or ads. If ADVERTISER cannot provide content during the timeline, the payment for that timeline is considered as spent as it’s impossible for the magazine to fill the spot pages with another Advertiser. This means any extensions in the timeline are the responsibility of the ADVERTISER to notify the Magazine. If extended time is needed due to ADVERTISER delaying in providing the deliverables so will the monthly payments be extended at the same monthly payment schedule, in order to complete said magazine layout and production or tasks.
Advertising Terms
1) No Guarantee of Results
The magazine does not guarantee any specific level of sales, leads, new subscribers or other business results from advertising. Advertising packages provide marketing exposure only, not guaranteed outcomes.
2) Ad Placement
The magazine reserves the right to determine the final placement and positioning of advertisements within the digital publication. While advertiser preferences will be considered, the magazine retains final control over ad placement and positioning within the digital publication. Specific placements are not guaranteed unless expressly purchased.
3) Content Approval
All advertising content and creative must be approved by the magazine prior to publication. The magazine reserves the right to reject or request changes to any ad that does not meet its standards or guidelines.
4) Metrics and Reporting
The magazine will provide standard metrics on ad performance, such as impressions and click-through rates. However, the accuracy of these metrics cannot be guaranteed due to potential technical issues or limitations of tracking systems. Performance and Metrics, No Guarantees

5) Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled publication date. Cancellations after that deadline may result in the advertiser being charged the full amount for the ad placement. 50 percent Fees apply for late cancellations.
6) Payment Terms
Payment for advertising is due within 30 days of the invoice date. The magazine reserves the right to suspend ad placements for accounts with overdue balances.
7) Liability
The advertiser assumes full liability for all content of advertisements and will indemnify the magazine against any claims arising from ad content.
8) Force Majeure
The magazine is not liable for failure to publish ads or other issues caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as technical problems, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
9) Modifications
The magazine reserves the right to modify its advertising terms and rates at any time. Advertisers will be notified of any changes that affect current contracts.
10) Approval and Control
The magazine reserves the right to review, edit, reject or cancel any advertisement at its sole discretion. All advertising content must be approved by the magazine prior to publication.
11) Responsibility
The advertiser is solely responsible for the content of their advertisements, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
12) Technical Requirements- Material Delivery
Advertisers must submit all necessary ad materials, including artwork and digital files, by the specified deadlines and in the required formats. Failure to meet deadlines may result in additional charges or changes to publication dates.
13) Modifications
The magazine reserves the right to modify its advertising terms, rates, and specifications. Advertisers will be notified of changes affecting current contracts.
